How do you screen and train your caregivers?
All our caregivers are W2 employees (not contractors). They undergo rigorous screening, including state and national background checks, reference checks, and a comprehensive interview process. They also receive mandatory, ongoing training in specialized areas like dementia care, first aid, and client-specific protocols.
How quickly can care services begin
We understand that the need for care can be urgent. After your initial call, we aim to complete a free in-home consultation and create a personalized care plan within 48-72 hours. Once the plan is approved, care can often begin immediately after that.
What happens if there is a sudden emergency or my caregiver is late/absent?
We operate with a 24/7 on-call supervisor system. If an emergency occurs, our care team follows established protocols and coordinates immediately with family and emergency services. If a scheduled caregiver is unexpectedly delayed or sick, our on-call coordinator will contact you right away and deploy a qualified replacement caregiver to maintain seamless coverage.
